Compensation and Retirement Plans
- 401(k) Retirement Plan
Through the InFocus 401(k) Plan, you and InFocus work as partners to help build your financial security for retirement. Company matches 100% of the first 2% employee contributes and 50% on the next 6% of employee contributions. Maximum matching contribution is $6,000/year. Vesting in company match is 100% after two completed years of employment.
- Profit Sharing
It is the policy of InFocus to share company profits with its employees on a quarterly basis, whenever the company achieves a minimum level of profit. Commissioned sales employees are not eligible if variable pay is greater than 20% of total pay.
- Bonuses and Rewards
InFocus believes that targeted, on-the-spot bonuses, both monetary and non-monetary are extremely effective in rewarding solid performers.
Health & Dental Plans
- Medical & Dental Insurance
InFocus pays 90% of employee premium & 85% of dependent premium. The total premium for the benefit is the combined cost from the employee and the employer. Included in the employee’s choice of health plan is a Vision Care Plan and a discount on prescription drugs. Wilsonville employees may choose either an HMO or PPO medical plan and either a managed or traditional dental plan.
Paid Time Off
- Holidays
8 holidays per year.
- Personal Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Personal Days)
19 days/year for first 3 years of employment – pro-rated for new hires during first year; 24 days/year for 4-8 years of and 29 days/year for 9+ years of employment.
- Bereavement Leave
Up to 3 days paid time off for full-time employees and 12 hours for benefited part-time employees for death of an immediate family member.
- Jury or Witness Duty
A regular full-time or benefited part-time employee will receive full pay by presenting his or her supervisor with a jury duty summons, subpoena, or Witness Duty verification slip from the courthouse.
Family Protection Plans
- Group Term Life Insurance
InFocus provides group term life insurance which is equal to 1 X annual base pay.
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
InFocus provides life insurance that pays an additional amount of 1 x your annual earnings if you die due to an accident.
- Voluntary Life Insurance
You may purchase additional life insurance for yourself for up to 5 X annual base pay up to maximum of $500,000. Optional coverage also available for spouse, domestic partner and children.
- Business Travel Accident Insurance
InFocus provides $100,000 life insurance benefit if death results from an accident while traveling on company business.
Income Protection Plans
- Short-Term Disability
You may purchase additional disability insurance for times when you are unable to work due to a non-occupational illness or injury. The benefit equals 60% of weekly pay, up to maximum benefit of $800/week. Benefit is tax-free and payable for up to 13 weeks.
- Long-Term Disability
InFocus provides disability insurance benefits that begin after a period of total disability exceeding 13 weeks. The benefit equals 60% of monthly pay, up to maximum benefit of $13,000/month and is tax-free.

- Flexible Spending Accounts for Health and Dependent Care
You can use flexible spending accounts to pay eligible health care and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.

- Education Reimbursement
Full-time employees: up to $5,250/yr. for advanced degree programs and up to $2,500/yr for job-related undergraduate courses, of which $1,000 may be used for job-related courses receiving a certificate of completion. Part-time employees: up to $1,000/yr. for job related courses.
