Priority Exchange provides a replacement unit of equal or greater quality. Some products receive the first year free and are eligible to purchase an additional 1 or 2 year term of Priority Exchange. Optional Priority Exchange coverage is available for all new InFocus products. Available in the U.S. and Canada only.

Terms and Conditions: InFocus' Priority Exchange service provides a like new replacement projector in the event that your product experiences a mechanical or electronic failure within the terms of the limited warranty. Just visit www.infocus.com/repair to complete an online request. All paperwork must be completed by 11:30 PST. Once you have approval and an RMA# has been issued, return your defective product freight pre-paid to InFocus and we will ship you a like new replacement product of equal value, once the defective product has been received. InFocus covers the freight cost to ship the like new replacement projector (delivery to Canada can be delayed due to customs clearance). Priority Exchange covers manufacturer's mechanical and electronic failures only. Priority Exchange coverage begins either on the product’s original date of purchase or on the day that a previously active Priority Exchange contract expires. The maximum term for Priority Exchange coverage on any product is three (3) years from the original date of purchase. If equipment is exchanged for any other reason or if the unit is physically damaged due to customer neglect, replacement charges may apply. When product is exchanged, the remaining warranty coverage transfers to the replacement product. This program is subject to product availability. Activation forms must be submitted to be eligible for the Priority Exchange program. Priority Exchange does not apply to remanufactured product. Priority Exchange units do not ship with accessories (i.e. remotes and cables). Priority Exchange is available in the U.S. and Canada only. Do NOT return defective equipment to dealers, retail stores, or place of purchase under this program.
