WizCal enables InFocus customers to expedite scheduling meetings as it automatically learns participant preferences and produces smart time suggestions for a meeting by considering preferences related to time, time zones, conference rooms and by invitee calendars. WizCal eliminates the time-consuming back and forth suggesting and rescheduling of meetings, which is exponentially challenging for multiple participants. WizCal is an artificial intelligence assistant that helps schedule meetings with minimal effort. Ideal for enterprise users, WizCal works seamlessly for scheduling meetings with both internal and external participants. It even works with non-WizCal subscribers by allowing them to pick their preferred meeting time on a subscriber’s calendar.
