Can I connect my GyroMouse to my USB port? Yes, you will need a PS/2 to USB adapter available through the InFocus Accessories Store.
The remote is not working.
Please make sure that the remote has fresh batteries.
The remote works, but only in a very limited range.
The projector remote uses infrared technology. When using an infrared remote, make sure that the florescent lights in the room have been turned off. Florescent lights can interfere with the infrared beam, resulting in a weak signal. Radio frequency (RF) remotes are not susceptible to this interference and can be used without being in line-of-sight with the computer.
