Keypad and remote functions
Button Location Function
power Keypad and Remote Turns the lamp on and off. To completely turn the power off in the projector, it must be unplugged from the AC power source.
vol. + Keypad and Remote Raises the volume of the internal speaker and attached external speakers.

On the keypad, the volume + button moves the pointer to the right when navigating the on-screen menus.

vol. - Keypad Lowers the volume of the internal speaker and attached external speakers.

On the keypad, the volume - button moves the pointer to the left when navigating the on-screen menus.

computer Remote When more than one source (computer and video) is connected to the projector, pressing the computer button activates the computer source.
source Keypad Switches between an attached video source and an attached computer.

Also moves the pointer upward when navigating through the on-screen menus.

menu Keypad and Remote Opens and closes the on-screen menus.

standby Keypad and Remote Turns the display and audio off and displays a blank screen for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, the lamp extinguishes if the standby button isn’t pressed again. If standby is pressed within 15 minutes, the projector returns to normal operations immediately. Click Standby Time on the Control menu to change the amount of time the projector remains in Standby.

On the keypad, the standby button also moves the cursor downward when navigating the on-screen menus.

video Remote When more than one source (computer and video) is connected to the projector, pressing the video button activates the video source.
Right and Left mouse buttons Keypad and Remote Emulates the right and left mouse buttons for computer sources when mouse cable is attached.

In menu mode, left mouse button can select a menu choice. Right menu button activates (or deactivates) the menu choice. For adjustable settings (such as Tint or Color), left and right mouse buttons adjust setting up and down.

disc mouse Remote Controls computer pointer when mouse cable is attached.
brightness + and brightness – Remote Increases or decreases the overall intensity of the projected image (both computer and video). Does not affect logo screen or menu brightness levels.
freeze Remote Places the projector into freeze mode, which stops (or 'freezes') the image from any source. This feature can be used to freeze either a frame of video or an image from a computer. Pressing freeze again returns the projector to normal display mode. The freeze function is not available when the onscreen menus display.
laser Remote Activates a laser pointer on the front of the LaserPro remote. The laser remains on as long as the laser button is pressed.
disc mouse Remote Controls computer pointer when mouse cable is attached.
