This Returns & Exhanges Policy applies only to purchases made through our webstore, InFocus | Official Store.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new unused merchandise with the intact original packaging within 30 days from the receipt of your order. We do not charge any re-stocking fees, but cannot refund any shipping charges you have paid except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.

We will issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return. Return shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund. If the reason for your return is a result of our error (i.e. incorrect product, defective merchandise, etc.), we will cover the return shipping.

Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange your return. We have different return processes depending on the products purchased. Please have an identifying number (i.e. Serial #, UPC Code) available when you contact us.
