Shipping Policy


This Shipping Policy applies only to purchases made through our webstore, InFocus | Official Store.


We offer free ground shipping within the continental United States on Projector purchases. In the case of oversized or heavy products, or those requiring special handling, freight charges will apply.

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping in continental US. We use USPS for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, and to APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship orders outside of the United States. Orders shipped via UPS and USPS are properly insured at no additional cost to customers. Ordered items that can be shipped regionally to expedite their arrival are also properly insured at no additional cost to customers.

Most items will be shipped from warehouses in Austin, TX the same day an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 10:01AM PST). Orders received after 10:01AM PST, or those received over the weekend or on a national holiday, will be shipped the following business day. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and have varying lead times. The estimated time to shipping will sometimes depend on which product options are chosen. The estimated delivery date for your order is shown on the shopping cart page after you have entered your ZIP or postal code. We try hard to get your order to you in the estimated time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check the tracking number(s) on your account page by clicking on My Account.

Item Availability

Our website checks the stock status of every item in real-time so items shown as ‘in-stock’ will be available for immediate shipment. When an item is not available in-stock, it may be available from the manufacturer, and this will be clearly stated on the product purchase page. The estimated delivery date for your order can be viewed within the shopping cart after entering your shipping ZIP/postal code.

Exceptions and Exclusions

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and InFocus reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions - including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, InFocus will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be reflected on your statement.
