  • Randy Arnold
    Randy Arnold

    Randy Arnold joined InFocus in 2010, serving as Vice President of Finance and Operations prior to being named President in 2018. He has more than 30 years in financial and operations responsibilities in manufacturing and high tech companies in the Portland area. Prior to joining InFocus, Arnold held senior finance and management roles with Seiko Epson, Danaher Corporation, and Paccar. He is an Oregon CPA who has worked in Corporate Controller and Management roles within manufacturing companies for most of his career. Arnold has a B.S. in Business Administration from Gonzaga University.

  • Loren Shaw
    Loren Shaw
    Vice President, Marketing

    Loren Shaw is Vice President of Marketing. His responsibilities include management of global marketing activities and oversight of the product management team. He joined the company as Product Line Director 10 years ago, and previously served as Director of Marketing.

    Shaw has experience with every aspect of the product life cycle, from development and sales to marketing and support. He was Country Manager, Japan, for Pixelworks, where he managed a team of software engineers and oversaw regional sales to top electronics brands and the company’s distribution relationships. He was previously Business Development Director at Ziba Design, consulting for top consumer global brands.

    He has a BA from Lewis and Clark College and an MA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, now part of Arizona State University. Shaw is a volunteer with Medical Teams International and a member of MTI’s Auction Committee.

  • Surendra Arora
    Surendra Arora
    Vice President, Strategic Relationships and Business Development

    Surendra Arora is an experienced executive with a long and successful tenure in product management, business development and M&A. He has had immersive experience with partners in Europe, China, Japan, Korea and India. Currently Vice President, Strategic Relationships and Business Development, Arora leads a team of software engineers, product managers, and business development managers for InFocus’ video collaboration product portfolio. He also defines and executes product vision and strategy for the unified communications business. To date, Arora's role at InFocus has been responsible for multiple award-winning new products and services as well as several strategic acquisitions.

    Arora started his career at Intel working in various roles including assignment to India as Director of Business Development, South Asia. From Intel, Arora jointed the executive team at Phoenix Technologies and helped lead the acquisition of Phoenix Technologies to Marlin Equity Partners. At Phoenix, Arora was instrumental in initiating and completing the profitable sale of business units to HP and Absolute Software. After Phoenix, Arora joined Polycom as Vice President of Mobile Software Products and led the strategy to take Polycom into software and the Cloud. Arora holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Rensselaer and an MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

  • Jim Reddy
    Jim Reddy
    General Manager, US and EMEA Sales

    Prior to joining InFocus in 1997, Jim Reddy served as Regional Manager at Dreher Business Products (MCPC), a leading supplier and integrator of technology products and solutions. In that position, Reddy was responsible for solution development, including business unit development and sales leadership. His experience has included sales development with end users, resellers, and distributors, and he has worked in a variety of sales and sales leadership roles. Reddy now uses his considerable sales and leadership expertise to serve InFocus as General Manager, US and EMEA Sales.

    He was previously Vice President of Sales in the US, Canada and Mexico. In that role he was responsible for customer relationship management, business development, and sales leadership for displays and projectors throughout the region. Reddy holds a BS in Communications from Ohio University; he lives in the Cleveland area with his wife and son and enjoys spending his free time with his family.

    Mike Driscoll
    General Manager, Jupiter by InFocus Products

    Mike Driscoll has more than 20 years of experience in high tech sales and sales leadership, as well as diverse experience in delivering complex solutions across enterprise, public sector, and SMB markets. With past positions in both channel and direct sales, Driscoll’s experienced eye helps create bridges between the customer, partner and InFocus. As a sales leader and most importantly, a salesperson with real-life, in-the-trenches business experience, Driscoll has a proven track record of matching business initiatives with innovative technology solutions.

    Before becoming General Manager, Jupiter by InFocus Products, Driscoll served as Vice President, Sales, at InFocus. Prior to joining InFocus, Driscoll worked for a myriad of technology companies, including serving as the Eastern VP Sales at Exinda, and as the National Sales Director at both XRS and Gearworks.

  • Peter Ho
    Peter C. L. Ho
    Vice President, Asia Pacific

    Peter Ho serves as Vice President for the Asia-Pacific region for InFocus. His responsibilities include business and general management, sales and marketing, and initiatives started for and from this region. Throughout his 28 years of management and channel sales experience across the Asia-Pacific region, including in China, India, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Ho has helped enable channels and enhance customer productivity through innovative solutions.

    Prior to joining InFocus, Ho served as Managing Director, Director and Division Manager in various multinational entities, including Revolabs Inc. (Yamaha), SpeechWorks Inc. (Nuance), and Ingram Micro Asia Pacific. He holds a Masters Degree in Applied Finance from the University of Adelaide, Australia.
