  • Mark Housley
    Mark Housley

    Mark is the CEO of InFocus Corporation, a collaboration technology company providing products and video calling services giving people the tools they need to visually present, capture and share ideas.

    Previously, he was the CEO of Vigilent Corporation, a cleantech IT company focused on data center energy management. Prior to that he was the CEO and director of Glimmerglass, Inc., a provider of all optical switching systems. He served as Chairman and CEO of publicly traded Digital Origin and as the turn-around CEO of Radius which returned to profitability and success under his leadership. He also served as President and Director of Media100, co-founded Spectrum Wireless and Splash Technologies, and held positions as Vice President and General Manager for Supermac, Inc. and Siemens AG. Early in his career he held a variety of engineering, sales and marketing positions with IBM and ROLM, and ASK Computer Systems.

    He graduated with honors in mathematics from Pomona College. He currently serves on both the board of InFocus Corporation, the leading manufacture of projection display systems and as well as the board of Vigilent Corporation, where he serves as Executive Chairman.

  • Randy Arnold
    Randy Arnold
    Vice President, Finance and Operations

    Randy Arnold joined InFocus in 2010 and is the Vice President of Finance and Operations since 2014. Arnold has spent his tenure in accounting and has more than 30 years experience in accounting and manufacturing roles. Prior to joining InFocus Arnold held senior finance and management roles with Seiko Epson, Danaher Corporation, and Paccar. Arnold is an Oregon CPA who has worked in Corporate Controller and Management roles within Manufacturing companies for most of his career. Arnold has a B.S. in Business Administration from Gonzaga University.

  • Brady Bruce
    Brady O. Bruce
    Chief Marketing Officer

    Brady O. Bruce is an accomplished tech executive with deep international experience. He brings more than 25 years of marketing, product management, business development and sales experience at B2B and consumer technology companies. At both startups and turnarounds, he has built a record of success in enterprise and retail markets with software and hardware products, cloud-based solutions, and services.

    Prior to joining InFocus, Brady was Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Alliances at Jupiter Systems, where he developed and brought to market Canvas, Jupiter's groundbreaking collaborative visualization suite for the enterprise.

    Brady has served previously in leadership positions with UCC, mobile and media technology companies including Promptu, PRISMIQ, NightFire Software, Radius, and VTEL Corp. He was founder and CEO of RedDotBlue, a non-partisan Citizen 2.0 site empowering informed civic participation with a unique presentation of government data mining, predictive markets, social media, and direct connection with politicians and charities. As founder and CEO of fatBubble, a pioneering social network, Brady developed essential social networking technology, selling a patent to a major entity in the industry. His record of value creation includes one IPO and five successful acquisitions.

    Dave Litwak
    Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales

    Dave Litwak is a seasoned executive with more than two decades as a senior leader running sales, channels and retail teams for high tech, software and consumer electronics companies. With experience in both public and private firms serving primarily B-2-B commerce, Dave brings substantial sales and technology experience to his role as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at InFocus.

    Prior to joining InFocus, Dave worked for a myriad of technology companies, including serving as the SVP Sales at MarketLive, Gearworks and PayNearMe. With experience in established companies and Silicon Valley start-ups, Dave has been responsible for developing sales teams and growing revenue, and has been a member of the senior team in brokering successful acquisitions.

    As InFocus expands its reach in existing categories and leads the way in emerging markets, Dave looks to leverage his experience with growth and expansion to the global InFocus sales team, partners and channel.

  • Surendra Arora
    Surendra Arora
    Vice President, Collaboration Products

    Surendra Arora is an experienced executive with considerable tenure in product management and business development. Currently the VP of Collaboration Products at InFocus Corporation, Arora not only leads a team of software engineers, product managers, and business development managers for InFocus’ video collaboration product portfolio, he also defines and executes product vision and strategy for the unified communications business. To date, his role has been responsible for more than a dozen award-winning products as well as several acquisitions. After earning his BS in engineering and is MBA from Berkeley, Arora joined Intel where he held product marketing positions and interfaced with global sales. Roles at Phoenix Technologies and Polycom followed before he joined InFocus in 2012 in his current role as Vice President.

  • Jim Reddy
    Jim Reddy
    Vice President, Sales

    Prior to joining InFocus in 1997, Jim Reddy served as Regional Manager at Dreher Business Products (MCPC), a leading supplier and integrator of technology products and solutions. In that position, Reddy was responsible for solution development, including business unit development and sales leadership. His experience has included sales development with end users, resellers, and distributors, and he has worked in a variety of sales and sales leadership roles.

    Reddy now uses his considerable sales and leadership expertise to serve InFocus as Vice President of Presentation Solutions Sales in the US, Canada and Mexico. In that position, he is responsible for Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, and Sales Leadership for touchscreen displays in K-12 education and projectors throughout the US, Canada and Mexico. Reddy holds a BS in Communications from Ohio University; he lives in the Cleveland area with his wife and son and enjoys spending his free time with his family.

    Vice President, Sales

    Mike Driscoll brings to Infocus more than 20 years of experience in high tech sales and sales leadership as well as diverse experience in delivering complex solutions across enterprise, public sector, and SMB markets. With experience in both channel and direct sales, Driscoll brings an experienced eye to help bridge success between the customer, partner and InFocus. As a sales leader and most importantly, a sales person with real-life, in-the-trenches business experience, Driscoll has a proven track record of matching business initiatives with innovative technology solutions.

    Prior to joining InFocus, Driscoll worked for a myriad of technology companies, including serving as the Eastern VP Sales at Exinda, and as the National Sales Director at both XRS and Gearworks.
